Thought I'd share some of the surprise cards I made for friends over the past few years...they didn't all make it to the mantelpiece. I really loved creating them...oh the joys of Facebook and access to photos.

Beauty is in the Eye of the Beholder

'Beauty is in the eye of the beholder' means that different people will find different things beautiful and that the differences of opinion don't matter greatly.  The same can be said of cockygreetingcards.com which is controversial and wont be to everyone's taste but it would be boring if it was. The two illustrated brides are both scantily clad but worlds apart in my opinion. I watched Channel 4's 'My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding' the other day which featured a 16 year old bride (above left) whose Dad paves driveways and had been saving his entire life to pay for the lavish but tacky £100k wedding!!! They live in a caravan for crying out loud!  The mind boggles it really does. But hey, gives me plenty of fodder....love it.
